• The driver is obliged to carry a passenger?s baggage from the pavement to the car and vice versa.
  • The driver does not have the right to refuse a passenger nor does he have the right to allow anyone else to travel in the taxi without the passenger?s permission.
  • The passenger is allowed to ask the driver to wait for up to 15 minutes or longer, provided there is a good reason for this.
  • If the passenger asks for one, the driver is obliged to provide a receipt that gives details of the journey and the fare paid.
